Panthers media stuck in elevator during morning skate

Hockey Central @ Noon looks at the accomplishments of the aging Jaromir Jagr and asks the question: Should the Panthers give the 44-year-old a raise?

This season the Florida Panthers are on the rise, but today the media that covers the team was not. They got stuck in an elevator trying to cover the morning skate.

Like any good reporter, these guys took to Twitter right away to discuss their predicament.

Despite being stuck, the guys kept doing their jobs, keeping fans informed about who will be in net when the team hosts the Ottawa Senators tonight. Priorities clearly in place.

As time continued to pass, some of them got really hungry.

But in the end, they made it out alive.

No word yet on if superhuman Jaromir Jagr was the one who rescued them.
