The Minnesota Wild might be without their top forward heading into the weekend.
Zach Parise exited Thursday’s game against the Nashville Predators due to a lower body injury and he isn’t expected to suit up Saturday against the Tampa Bay Lightning
The Wild forward was knocked hard into the boards by James Neal early in the first period, and was visibly shaken after the play. Though he was able to skate off the ice on his own, he had to be helped off the bench to the dressing room.
Parise has seven goals and two assists in 11 games this season.
