Pittsburgh Penguins centre Evgeni Malkin will not play in Game 6 of his team’s first-round series against the Philadelphia Flyers.
Malkin has three goals and five points this post-season, but got caught up Flyers centre Jori Lehtera in the first period of Game 5.
The 31-year-old missed practice Saturday.
The Penguins are up 3-2 in the series and can punch their ticket into Round 2 with a win on Sunday in Philadelphia.
