Penguins sign forward Oula Palve to one-year, entry-level deal

The Pittsburgh Penguins have signed undrafted Finnish free agent forward Oula Palve to a one-year, entry-level contract.

Playing on a line with projected top-three 2019 pick Kaapo Kakko, the 27-year-old Palve put up 16 goals and 25 assists for TPS of Liiga, the top league in Finland.

The 6-foot, 176-pound centre’s 51 points led the team in scoring and ranked sixth league-wide.
