The Nashville Predators will be without Wayne Simmonds and Brian Boyle, with both forwards listed as week-to-week.
Simmonds is dealing with a lower-body injury. The former Flyer left Saturday’s Game 2 against the Dallas Stars after taking a slapshot to the knee from teammate Roman Josi.
Per the club, Boyle underwent an appendix procedure. Both players were deadline acquisitions for the Predators.
Game 3 of the first-round series between the Predators and Stars, currently tied 1-1, is set for Monday night at 9:30 p.m. ET.
