Report: Flyers want to trade Coburn by deadline


Coburn was dealt to the Tampa Bay Lightning early on Monday.

Braydon Coburn might have played his last game with the Philadelphia Flyers.

According to Flyers beat reporter Tim Panaccio of, the team hopes to move Coburn prior to Monday’s 3 p.m. EST trade deadline and teams have been calling and asking about the defenceman.

Coburn has a cap hit of $4.5-million and one more year remaining on his contract before he becomes an unrestricted free agent in 2016.

The 30-year-old has struggled this season, missing some time due to injuries and registering just nine points in 39 games.
