The Toronto Maple Leafs plan to sign winger Kenny Agostino to a two-year, one-way contract, Adrian Dater of Colorado Hockey Now is reporting.

Dater, 27, spent parts of last season with the Montreal Canadiens and New Jersey Devils where he tallied six goals and 24 points in 63 games played combined between the two clubs.

The 27-year-old was originally a fifth-round selection of the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2010 NHL Draft.
