The Ottawa Senators sent forwards Buddy Robinson and Phil Varone to the AHL’s Binghamton Senators on Monday.
Both players have played in four games in the NHL for the Senators this season, with neither having recorded a point.
Robinson was called up on Dec. 3 and Varone was called up on Dec. 6, following an injury to forward Curtis Lazar.
With Binghamton, Varone is second on the team in scoring through 18 games with five goals and eight assists. Robinson has three goals and four assists.
Ottawa does not play again until Wednesday when they host the San Jose Sharks.
