The Ottawa Senators signed forward Parker Kelly to a three-year entry-level contract on Tuesday.
The undrafted 18-year-old from Camrose, Alta., played in the Western Hockey League (WHL) for the previous two seasons where he registered 29 goals and 33 assists in 140 games.
