The Ottawa Senators could be without defenceman Anton Volchenkov for up to three weeks with an elbow injury suffered Thursday night in the club’s 4-3 win over the Florida Panthers.
Volchenkov will have an MRI when the team returns to Ottawa to evaluate the full extent of the damage.
The 27-year old has one goal and four assists in ten games this season.
