Seth Jones leaves game vs. Canadiens with upper-body injury

Watch as Seth Jones scores his 14th goal of the season and extends his goal scoring streak to three games.

Columbus Blue Jackets defenceman Seth Jones left Monday’s game against the Montreal Canadiens with an upper-body injury.

It’s unclear when the injury occurred. Jones played until the end of the second period but did not return with his teammates to start the third period.

Before his injury, Jones scored two goals in the game to extend his latest hot streak. In his last three games, he has five goals and seven points.

For the season Jones has 15 goals and 48 points in 70 games. His 15 goals are tied with Calgary’s Dougie Hamilton and Nashville’s P.K. Subban for the lead amongst defencemen.
