Source: Senators, Canadiens to announce outdoor game at TD Place

The NHL, Ottawa Senators and Montreal Canadiens are set to hold a press conference Friday at 11:00 a.m. ET in Ottawa to make a special announcement.

Information regarding the 2017 Heritage Classic is expected to be revealed with the game taking place at TD Place Stadium in Ottawa.

Senators owner Eugene Melnyk and the team’s GM Pierre Dorion, Canadiens owner Geoff Molson, NHL commissioner Gary Bettman plus NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly are all scheduled to be in attendance at the press conference.
