Rogers Sportsnet and the Calgary Flames are back with a 58-game regular season package starting with Drew Doughty and the Los Angeles Kings on Sunday, October 10 at 6 p.m. (MT) on Sportsnet West and Sportsnet West HD.
Rogers Sportsnet ONE subscribers will watch Flames games on its companion channel, Rogers Sportsnet Flames:
The Flames will make their debut on Sportsnet Flames when they host the Florida Panthers on Thursday, October 14 at 7:30 p.m. (MT).
"Since our partnership back in 1998, our goal was to fulfill the demand for Flames games," said Doug Beeforth, President, Rogers Sportsnet. "We’re excited about our new package that will deliver the most Flames games to date with Sportsnet West and Sportsnet ONE’s companion channel, Sportsnet Flames."
In addition to the 58 regular-season games, the Sportsnet Flames channel will also broadcast two pre-season games as follows:
• @ NY Islanders Wednesday, September 29 @ 7 p.m. (MT) (game in Saskatoon)
• vs. Edmonton Sunday, October 3 @ 6 p.m. (MT)
Rogers Sportsnet ONE, a new 24-hour national sports channel that launched on August 14th, will broadcast 19 games on Sportsnet Flames while Sportsnet West will carry 39. All games will be in high definition.
Telus Flames Hockey on Sportsnet West and Sportsnet Flames will feature 11 divisional-rival games including eight against Canadian-based teams.

Battle of Alberta x 2 – Flames battle their provincial rivals the Edmonton Oilers twice this season starting on Tuesday, October 26 at 7 p.m. (MT)
Dion returns – Dion Phaneuf faces the Flames for the first time since his trade to Toronto when the Leafs visit the Saddledome on Thursday, December 16 at 7:30 p.m. (MT)
Canadian Eastern trip – Flames head to the nation’s capital to play the Ottawa Senators on Friday, January 14 at 5:30 p.m. (MT) and then travel to the Bell Centre to take on the Montreal Canadiens on Monday, January 17 at 5:30 p.m. (MT)
Champs x 3 – Flames face the defending Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks three times starting on Sunday, December 5 at 5 p.m. (MT)
