Dallas Stars goaltender Ben Bishop left Wednesday night’s game against the Calgary Flames. He was listed as questionable to return with a lower-body injury.
Leaving with just a little over six minutes to play in the second period, Bishop appeared to injure himself pushing himself from left to right while in the butterfly position.
Anton Khudobin came into the game in relief of Bishop.
During a March 14 game against the Minnesota Wild, Bishop was forced to leave the game in the second period with a lower-body injury as well and ended up sitting out Dallas’ next two games afterwards before returning to the lineup.
