Stars’ Seguin bares all for ESPN’s Body Issue

Tyler Seguin was traded from Boston just over two years ago.

NEW YORK — Dallas Stars centre Tyler Seguin struck some interesting poses as he bared all for this year’s edition of ESPN The Magazine’s Body Issue.

There are six different covers of the magazine’s seventh annual Body Issue, which features athletes in tasteful nude poses. NBA star Kevin Love, MLB star Bryce Harper and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr., are some of the cover subjects.

One picture unveiled on the ESPN website Monday showed a naked Seguin standing in the corner of a shower area, his tattooed arms holding a large rubber duck near his midsection.

A website video feature featured Seguin taking shots on net and posing for pictures on the ice. He also struck a pose from the seat of an ice resurfacing machine — wearing nothing but a tuque — and chomped on a frozen treat as the camera panned across his chiselled body.

Seguin won a Stanley Cup with the Boston Bruins in 2011. He had 77 points in 71 games for the Stars last season.

The magazine will be on newsstands Friday.
