Steven Stamkos didn’t register a point in the Tampa Bay Lightning’s overtime win over the Toronto Maple Leafs, but that didn’t prevent him being the centre of discussion on social media Tuesday night.

Fans of the Maple Leafs have become obsessed with the idea of Stamkos joining his hometown team if he hits free agency this summer and it dominated the talk heading into the game and during Stamkos’ trip to the Air Canada Centre.
