Mikhail Grabovski will join his third team in three seasons.
The Washington Capitals have decided not to re-sign the centre, according to Sportsnet’s Chris Johnston.
Grabovski joined the Capitals as a UFA last year after the Toronto Maple Leafs used a compliance buyout on the Belarusian.
The 30-year-old put up 13 goals, 35 points, 26 penalty minutes and a plus-6 rating in 58 games in his lone season with the Capitals. He was on a one-year deal that paid him $3 million.
In 425 career regular-season games, the 150th pick from the 2004 draft has 252 points.
