When Jimmy Fallon pokes fun at you, there’s nothing to do but laugh.
That’s what Washington Capitals goaltender Braden Holtby did recently in reaction to what the Tonight Show host said in his latest NHL Superlatives segment.

“I just got roasted by Jimmy Fallon on national TV,” Holtby said with a laugh.
The Capitals and Vegas Golden Knights kicked off their Stanley Cup Final matchup on Monday night and Fallon went to town a few days ahead of that.

Capitals teammate Alex Ovechkin couldn’t escape the heat, either:
Neither could young Washington winger Jakub Vrana, who received quite a plucky jab compared to his veteran teammates.
Vegas players weren’t exempt, beginning with goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury:
Enforcer Ryan Reaves got a nod from Fallon for his toughness.
