Watch: NHL all-stars featured in spoof of ‘Friends’ intro

If you’re a fan of the NHL and the hit show Friends, then this YouTube video was made for you.

YouTube user Polish Thrasher remade the intro to the show, using a bevy of 2017 NHL all-stars including Auston Matthews, Sidney Crosby, Connor McDavid and Brent Burns, among others.

This isn’t the first time Friends and the NHL have crossed over. In the fourth episode (titled The One with George Stephanopoulos) of the popular show’s first season, Joey and Chandler take a heartbroken Ross to a New York Rangers game at Madison Square Garden to cheer him up, and then this happened:

Chandler, played by Canadian Matthew Perry, really shows his hockey fandom in the scene — screaming “shoot it!” like any good Canadian boy.
