Goaltender Ville Husso has re-signed with the St. Louis Blues on a one-year, two-way contract, the team announced Saturday.

Husso, 24, struggled in his third year in North America, posting a 6-18-0 record with a 3.67 goals-against average and a .871 save percentage in 27 games with the AHL’s San Antonio Rampage.

The season prior, his first full campaign in the AHL, Husso was named to the league’s all-rookie team and finished with 2.42 GAA and a .922 SV%.

In 2015-16, he was honoured as the Finnish Elite League’s top netminder after leading the league in save percentage and GAA.

Husso was selected by the Blues in the fourth round (No. 94 overall) of the 2014 NHL Draft.
