Another night, another multi-point game for Regina Pats phenom Connor Bedard.
The consensus No. 1 overall pick in the upcoming NHL Draft had two goals and two assists in the Pats’ 6-3 win on home ice over the Brandon Wheat Kings on Wednesday night.
Bedard’s best play of the game came when he was sprung on a breakaway and snapped home his 62nd goal of the season under the glove of Wheat Kings goalie Carson Bjarnason.
Bedard also assisted on Regina’s second and third goals of the game, then added an empty netter for good measure.
BEDARD’S SEASON TOTALS: 52 GP, 63 G, 66 A, 125 Pts.
PATS’ RECORD: 32-27-4 (Sixth in the Eastern Conference)
UP NEXT: Bedard and the Pats will host the Moose Jaw Warriors on Friday at 9 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. MT.
