Canadian Maddie Szeryk has earned her LPGA Tour card for 2022.

Szeryk, from London, Ont, shot a personal-best 4-under 68 in the eighth and final round of the LPGA Q-Series on Sunday in Mobile, Ala.

That score bumped her into a tie for 35th at 5 under – with the top 45 and ties earning LPGA Tour cards.

Golfers at 4 under and better earned cards.

The 25-year-old Szeryk has played on the Symetra Tour – the LPGA’s feeder circuit – since 2019.

Szeryk will join Brooke Henderson of Smiths Falls, Ont., and Maude-Aimee Leblanc of Sherbrooke, Que., as Canadians with full status next year.

Selena Costabile of Thornhill, Ont., finished 68th at Q-Series, while Hamilton’s Alena Sharp was 69th.
