Aaron Judge named cover star for MLB The Show '26

MLB The Show '26 will have a cover star after all.

One day after announcing that "there will not be a new cover athlete" on this year's game, New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge was revealed to be the cover star.

Judge will grace the cover for the second time after also doing so in 2018.

The Yankees captain is one of the most feared hitters in the sport and is coming off his third MVP-winning season in the last four years. In 2025, Judge hit 53 home runs and led the AL with a .331 batting average. It was the fourth time he had hit at least 50 home runs in his career.

MLB The Show '26 will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch on March 17.
