Manager John Schneider told reporters on Tuesday that Anthony Santander is "feeling better today" and that the team hopes he'll be good to go for Game 3 on Wednesday, either as a designated hitter or in the outfield.

Santander missed Game 2 with lower-back tightness that Schneider said the outfielder started feeling while running.
Schneider also told reporters that Santander was available to hit off the bench in Game 2, if necessary.
Santander went 1-for-3 with a strikeout in Game 1 against Seattle. In four games this post-season, the 30-year-old is hitting .231/.231/.231 with two RBI.
He missed an extended chunk of the regular season with a shoulder injury suffered on May 29. He returned to the lineup against the Boston Red Sox on Sept. 24 in the Blue Jays' penultimate series of the season.
