Blue Jays' Kirk leaves game vs. Braves with left hip flexor discomfort

Sportsnet's Joe Siddall breaks down the swings of both Toronto Blue Jays' catchers and why Alejandro Kirk has found more success at the dish compared to Danny Jansen.

Toronto Blue Jays catcher Alejandro Kirk left Saturday's game against the Atlanta Braves with left hip flexor discomfort.

Kirk appeared to tweak something while running out a foul ball. He remained in the game but was later removed for Danny Jansen.

The 22-year-old is coming off a multi-home run performance on Friday against the Braves. In 17 games this season, Kirk is slashing .225/.326/.475 with three home runs and five RBI.
