The Toronto Blue Jays have placed slugger Teoscar Hernández on the paternity list and reliever Rafael Dolis on the 10-day injured list with a right middle finger strain.

Hernandez is slashing .298/.346/.485 with 10 home runs and 41 RBI in 50 games this season.

Dolis left Wednesday's game against the New York Yankees after four pitches because he had "no sensation in his hand." In 26 appearances this season, Dolis has a 5.14 ERA, 25 strikeouts and four saves while walking 7.3 batters per nine innings.

CJ Edwards was transferred to the 60-day injured list after suffering a left oblique strain. In 5.2 innings pitched this season, Edwards has six strikeouts, a 2.47 WHIP and a 11.12 ERA.

The team also officially recalled right-hander T.J. Zeuch, who will start Thursday's finale against the Yankees. In six starts for triple-A Buffalo this season, Zeuch has a 4.37 ERA and 1.40 WHIP over 35 innings while striking out 24 batters and walking eight.

Outfielder Jared Hoying was also called up to the active roster.
