Blue Jays place pitcher Ryan Borucki on 10-day injured list

Sportsnet's Ben Wagner joins Hazel Mae on Blue Jays Central to discuss Ryan Borucki and his injury concerns, the latest on Nate Pearson and Rafael Dolis.

The Toronto Blue Jays have placed left-hander Ryan Borucki on the 10-day injured list with a left forearm flexor strain.

The move is retroactive to May 11, and the club says his spot will be filled ahead of Saturday's game.

Earlier this week, manager Charlie Montoyo said Borucki was dealing with fatigue in his arm after Thursday's win over the Atlanta Braves, carefully noting that it was not an injury.

Borucki is 3-1 this season with a 4.05 ERA and a 0.90 WHIP.
