The Los Angeles Dodgers are getting a key member of their starting rotation back for the stretch drive.
Tyler Glasnow will start Tuesday against the Atlanta Braves for his first appearance since May 6, the Dodgers announced.
In a corresponding move, the Dodgers optioned right-hander Paul Gervase.
Glasnow was limited to one inning in his last start because of lower back spasms.
The right-hander threw 77 pitches in a triple-A rehab start last week.
He had a 2.72 ERA in seven starts before going on the injured list.
Glasnow was an all-star for the first time in his career in his first season with the Dodgers in 2024. He then helped the team win back-to-back World Series titles.
