Toronto Blue Jays catcher Alejandro Kirk will miss a third consecutive game on Saturday as the team looks for back-to-back wins against the Baltimore Orioles.
Danny Jansen will be catching at Rogers Centre as Kirk, who is still nursing a hip injury, will be available from the bench. Sportsnet's Ben Nicholson-Smith reported that Kirk was completing running drills with conditioning staff ahead of Saturday afternoon's game.
Nicholson-Smith further reported that the Jays staff have not yet ruled Kirk out for the series finale against the O's on Sunday afternoon.
