MLB Playoffs Blog: Springer, Altuve lift Astros; Dodgers tighten NLCS

The Los Angeles Dodgers scored 11 runs in the first to set the postseason record for runs in one inning as they went on to beat the Atlanta Braves 15-3.

Home runs by Jose Altuve and George Springer pushed the Astros past the Rays in a must-win Game 4 of the ALCS, while the Dodgers rode an early offensive explosion to narrow their series deficit against the Braves in Game 3 of the NLCS.
