MLB Playoffs Blog: Dodgers rebound in Game 5, take 3-2 lead in World Series

Check out highlights from Game 5 of the 2020 World Series, where the Los Angeles Dodgers defeat the Tampa Bay Rays 4-2 to move just one win away from capturing their first World Series title since 1988.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are only one win away from their first World Series title since 1988.

After an incredible walk-off win by the Tampa Bay Rays in Game 4, the Dodgers bounced back to take Game 5 with a final score of 4-2.

Corey Seager and Cody Bellinger hit RBI singles to score the first two runs of the game in the first inning. Joc Pederson and Max Muncy later hit solo home runs in Sunday’s victory.

Yandy Diaz hit an RBI triple in the third and later scored off of a Randy Arozarena single in the same inning to account for both of the Rays’ runs.
