MLB receives one positive COVID-19 test in results from past week

MLB and MLBPA announced Friday that they've received a single new positive COVID-19 test for a player out of the 12,780 samples taken in the past week.

There was also no new positives for the fifth consecutive day and for the 10th time in the past 12 days.

To date, 103,668 samples have been tested and there have been 85 new positives between 55 players and 30 staff.
