Jose Cuas is on the move.
The Philadelphia Phillies claimed the right-hander off waivers from the Toronto Blue Jays, the teams announced Saturday.
Cuas started the year in the Cubs organization but was picked up by the Blue Jays on June 23. He pitched three innings with the Blue Jays and unfortunately made history during one of those, allowing three hits, three walks, zero strikeouts and hit two batters on three pitches.
In three appearances with the big club, Cuas owned a 13.50 ERA.
During his time with triple-A Buffalo, he posted a 6.89 ERA with seven walks and 16 strikeouts in 15.2 innings.
