The Toronto Blue Jays are bringing in a veteran arm to the organization.
Toronto signed veteran reliever Matt Bowman to a minor-league deal on Tuesday, the New York Post's Jon Heyman reported.
Bowman, 34, last pitched in the majors in 2025 with the Baltimore Orioles. The right-hander appeared in 20 games and finished with a 6.20 ERA over 24.2 innings of work.
Bowman did pitch for Israel at this year's World Baseball Classic.
Selected by the New York Mets in the 2012 MLB Draft, Bowman has appeared in 231 MLB games with a career ERA of 4.38.
