Mike Yastrzemski has found a landing spot.
The Atlanta Braves and Yastrzemski are in agreement on a two-year deal worth $23 million, ESPN's Jeff Passan reported Wednesday.
The contract also reportedly includes a third-year club option.
Fansided's Robert Murray was first to report the agreement.
Yastrzemski debuted with the San Francisco Giants in 2019 during his age-28 season and slashed .238/.323/.444 over parts of seven years appearing in 790 games with the club.
He was traded to the Kansas City Royals at the 2025 trade deadline in exchange for reliever Yunior Marte. In 50 games with the Royals, he smacked nine homers with 18 RBIs and 14 doubles.
Atlanta finished fourth in the NL East with a 76-86 record after coming into 2025 as a World Series favourite.
The 35-year-old is the grandson of Hall of Famer Carl Yastrzemski, an 18-time all-star that spent 23 seasons with the Boston Red Sox and captured an MVP award in 1967.
