The San Francisco Giants re-acquired left-handed pitcher Tony Watson from the Los Angeles Angels ahead of MLB’s trade deadline.
Watson, 36, pitched for the Giants from 2018-20. This season with the Angels he has a 4.64 ERA, the highest of his career, with 25 strikeouts.
The Angels received right-handed pitchers Ivan Armstrong and RHP Jose Marte plus lefty Sam Selman in return.
