Larry Walker has been immortalized once more.
The Colorado Rockies unveiled a statue of the Canadian and Baseball Hall of Famer on Sunday ahead of a game against the Cleveland Guardians.
Walker, of Maple Ridge, B.C., spent parts of 10 seasons with the Rockies, winning the 1997 NL MVP as a member of the club.
For his Rockies career, the first baseman and right fielder smashed 258 home runs to go with a .334./.426/.618 slash line across 1,170 games.
He remains the franchise's all-time leader in batting average, on-base percentage and slugging while sitting second behind Todd Helton in home runs and RBIs (848).
Walker, now 59, was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2020.
He finished his career in 2005 after stints with the Rockies, Montreal Expos and St. Louis Cardinals with five all-star appearances. He led the NL in batting average three times — all with Colorado — and won seven Gold Glove awards.
Now, he'll stand forever outside the Rockies' ballpark.
