First pitch was originally scheduled for 1:35 p.m. ET in Pittsburgh.
The game is estimated to begin at 3:10 p.m. ET, according to the Pirates.
Yusei Kikuchi (4-0) is set to take the mound for the Blue Jays while Roansy Contreras (3-2) gets the nod for the Pirates.
After a four-game sweep at the hands of the Boston Red Sox, the Blue Jays took the first two games of the three-game road series against the Pirates.
