The Toronto Blue Jays have built a strong farm system, which continues to receive recognition.
Two days after Baseball America unveiled its top 100 prospects in baseball, which featured three young Blue Jays, MLB Pipeline announced its own top 100 list, with those same three Jays.
Trey Yesavage, Toronto's top prospect, took the No. 12 spot on MLB Pipeline's list, and is the only player in the top 100 with World Series experience. The six-foot-four righty became a Toronto post-season hero during his first foray in the Majors, pitching 27.2 playoff innings, going 3-1 with a 3.58 ERA.
Yesavage jumped up from No. 26 on last year's edition. He is the third-ranked pitcher in 2026, behind No. 6 Nolan McLean (Mets), and No. 11 Bubba Chandler (Pirates).
Toronto's two young shortstop prospects, Jojo Parker and Arjun Nimmala, also cracked MLB Pipeline's list, ranked 45th and 77th, respectively.
Parker was the Jays' first-round pick in 2025, and was ranked 62nd on Baseball America's list. Nimmala, meanwhile, was a 2023 first-round pick, and hit .224 with 13 home runs and 61 RBIs for high-A Vancouver in 2025.
Pirates shortstop Konnor Griffin led the list for the second straight year, followed by Tigers shortstop Kevin McGonigle. Brewers infielder Jesús Made jumped to the No. 3 spot, trading places with Athletics shortstop Leo De Vires, who fell to fourth.
Cardinals infielder JJ Wetherhot rounded out an infielder-heavy, mostly unchanged top-five.
Outfielder Owen Caissie, who was recently acquired by the Miami Marlins, was the highest-ranked Canadian on the list, 42nd overall. The Burlington, Ont., native recorded five hits, including a home run, in 26 at-bats for the Chicago Cubs in 2025, spending most of the season in triple-A.
Markham, Ont., native Jonah Tong came in at No. 48. The New York Mets pitcher spent most of 2025 in double-A, but made five Major League starts late in the year, posting a 7.71 ERA over 18.2 innings.
The Seattle Mariners led the league with seven prospects on the list, followed by the Cleveland Guardians with six. Six teams tied for third, with five prospects each.
