Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association announced two new positive COVID-19 cases on Friday from the latest round of testing.
Both positive tests came from team staff members, with zero players contracting the virus among the 13,279 samples collected.
There have now been no new positives among MLB players for 26 consecutive days and in 34 of the last 35 days.
The MLB regular season concludes on Sunday with the playoffs scheduled to begin on Tuesday.
