Atkins ‘always open’ to making Blue Jays better, even after Okamoto signing

Blue Jays GM Ross Atkins says they’re happy with their current roster after signing Kazuma Okamoto, says they’re always looking at ways to make the club better, and that any new acquisitions at this point will start to cut away from playing time.
