Blue Jays’ Guerrero Jr. shaken up after tweaking finger

Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. was shaken up after fielding a ball during the eighth inning against the Arizona Diamondbacks and appearing to tweak his finger, but would stay in the game.
