Major League Soccer has postponed two more Week 17 matches, Orlando City vs. Columbus Crew and FC Dallas vs. Minnesota United, due to positive COVID-19 tests.
Both matches were scheduled to take place Sunday.
In the case of Orlando vs. Columbus, Columbus found two confirmed positives among its staff. Orlando also confirmed a positive test result on its team roster earlier Saturday.
Dallas and Minnesota’s match was postponed after two positive COVID-19 cases were confirmed among Minnesota’s player pool.
MLS says all players and staff involved will undergo further testing and evaluation prior to travel and competition.
The league did not provide new potential dates for the games.
The postponements mark the second and third Week 17 matches delayed by COVID-19.
