Mike Kimbel has become a name to keep an eye on.

The bantamweight prospect made a strong impression in his Bellator MMA debut back in February when he picked up an impressive 63-second TKO win and on Friday night he was back in the cage showcasing his skills at Bellator 207.

Kimbel tied a Bellator record for fastest knockout win as it took him just six seconds to put away Alex Potts in a preliminary bout.

The 21-year-old tied the record previously set by former middleweight champion Hector Lombard, who in 2010 slept Jay Silva with a blistering combination.

Kimbel improved to 2-0 as a professional with his win. The Crosby, Conn., native went 4-4 in amateur bouts that took place between 2015 and 2017.
