Yoel Romero and Luke Rockhold are among seven fighters from UFC 221 facing six-month medical suspensions.
Romero defeated Rockhold by third-round TKO in the featured bout at the Feb. 11 event that took place in Perth, Australia.
The suspensions were handed out by the Western Australia Combat Sports Commission (WACSC), which oversaw the event.
