A lightweight bout between former champion Benson Henderson and talented contender Rafael dos Anjos will serve as the main event for UFC Fight Night Tulsa on Aug. 23.

Henderson (21-3) has won two straight since losing his title to Anthony Pettis last August. He is coming off a submission win over Rustam Khabilov on June 7 in Albuquerque, N.M., his first stoppage win since a WEC 48 encounter with Donald Cerrone in 2010.

Dos Anjos (21-7) was also victorious at the Albuquerque event, picking up a TKO win over Jason High. The Brazilian has won six of his last seven fights with his only loss during that time being a unanimous decision at the hands of the undefeated Khabib Nurmagomedov.

This will be the eighth consecutive card Henderson has headlined.

Other bouts currently scheduled for the event include: Thiago Alves vs Jordan Mein; Tim Elliott vs Wilson Reis; Chas Skelly vs Tom Niinimaki; Mirsad Bektic vs Ernest Chavez.
