Georges St-Pierre and Johny Hendricks passed their UFC 167 drug tests following their main event last weekend, according to the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

All 24 fighters that competed on the card were tested and all of them passed.

Pre-fight drug screenings were a major point of contention between the fighters’ camps leading up to the event. St-Pierre, who has been accused of cheating in the past, signed up for Voluntary Anti-Doping Association tests in order to prove he could go above and beyond standard testing and wanted Hendricks to do the same. Hendricks wanted he and St-Pierre to use World Anti-Doping Agency instead.

In the end it was much ado about nothing as both fighters tested clean and the fight itself was overshadowed by the controversial split decision GSP won. The victory was GSP’s 12th straight dating back to 2007 and it marked the second loss of Hendricks’s career.

UFC president Dana White insists a rematch is on track to happen at some point in 2014, though GSP has said he needs to take some time away from the sport to deal with personal issues.
