Welterweight contenders Rory MacDonald and Demian Maia will fight in a featured bout at UFC 170 on Feb. 22 in Las Vegas.
The matchup was confirmed by the UFC Friday night.
Both men will be looking to bounce back from competitive split decision losses in their last outings.
MacDonald (15-2) was topped by Robbie Lawler at UFC 167, while Maia (18-5) came up short against Jake Shields in Brazil in October.
Despite their recent losses both men are considered elite 170-pound fighters and a win could get either man back in the title picture.
