According to UFC president Dana White, Tuesday night’s episode of The Ultimate Fighter: Jones vs. Sonnen features “one of the nastiest knockouts I’ve ever seen in the fight business, let alone on The Ultimate Fighter.”
Team Sonnen’s Uriah Hall takes on Team Jones’s Adam Cella in the third episode of the 17th season of the reality show. It will air first on FX Canada at 9 p.m. ET, then on Sportsnet East and Ontario at midnight ET, Sportsnet West at 9 p.m. MT and Sportsnet Pacific at 9 p.m. PT. While last week’s episode featured a vicious knockout when Chael Sonnen’s top pick Luke Barnatt stopped Jon Jones selection Gilbert Smith with a flying knee, White isn’t the only one who felt the KO in the second preliminary fight was worse.
