Vadim Nemkov extended his winning streak to nine and defended his title with a submission victory over Julius Anglickas in the main event of Bellator 268.

Nemkov used a fourth-round kimura to end the Bellator Light Heavyweight World Grand Prix semifinal matchup. In the co-main event, Corey Anderson stopped former 205-pound champion Ryan Bader with a technical knockout in just 51 seconds.

Nemkov will next defend his belt against Anderson, who is now 3-0 in Bellator with three stoppages since coming over from the UFC in 2020. Anderson’s only loss since 2017 was a knockout to current UFC light-heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz, whom Anderson holds a previous over.
